    Part 1: Move 10,000# / 7,500# Overhead within 10 Minutes (partners choose weight and C+J or Snatch); if teams finish early, complete max rep deadlifts with remaining time.

    Rest 3 Minutes

    Part 2: Complete 200 KBS within 10 Minutes 70/53; if teams finish early, complete max rep HSPU with remaining time.

    Rest 3 Minutes

    Part 3: 7M AMRAP:
    10 Muscle Ups or 30 Pull Ups
    30 Goblet Squats (same KB as used in Part 2)
