Captain CrossFit will be hosting another kids camp this summer! The days will be filled with fun workouts, obstacles courses, yoga, and games & crafts! Camps will be open to kids ages 5 – 12 and will run 9am – 1pm. The first one was a huge success. Don’t wait. Register now!
